Mario Henjak is a Master of Economics with over 20 years of experience in banking and the management of international banking groups in the region. He completed his master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He improved his expertise at the INSEAD International Executive Programme and the London Business School. Prior to joining Gorenjska banka, he was employed by Banka Koper (Intesa SanPaolo) in Slovenia, PBZ (Intesa SanPaolo) in Croatia and in Sberbank Croatia, where he acted as the Chairman of the Board from 2016 until January 2018. Tomislav Radoš, vice president of Croatian Chamber of Economy, was born on 2 nd April, 1971, in Požega, Croatia. Radoš attended the Faculty of Economics and Businesses in Zagreb earning a bachelors and a master’s degrees as well as a Ph.D. with the thesis “The Relationship between Strategy and Business Performance of Croatian Companies”.

Srđan Kondić PhD was born on 28 October 1982 in Banja Luka. After finishing high school, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka in 2005. In 2012, Srđan Kondić obtained the title of Master of Economic Sciences, defending the thesis entitled as follows: “The impact of the global financial crisis on strengthening the resilience of the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. Janko Medja is a Cofounder and Chief Business development officer of Leanpay, the regional provider of Point of Sale loans and BNPL services. He is passionate about making the instalment payments in shops as easy as possible for merchants and consumers alike.
Before joining Leanpay in 2018, Janko developed a career in commercial banking. Among other roles he has worked as a Managing Board member of Unicredit Slovenia from 2008 until 2012, earning the recognition as the Young manager of the year 2011 by the Manager association of Slovenia. Peter Nalli is the Head of Animation and VFX at Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment (ILBE) Group @iervolinoandladybacardient and showrunner of the animated series “Puffins Impossible”, created by ILBE Studios (ILBES) @ilbe_studios, a Serbian creative animation studio.
Peter has worked on over 20 international feature films as a Visual Effects Supervisor, including “Black Butterfly”, starring Antonio Banderas, “In Dubious Battle”, starring James Franco, and Academy Award Winner Robert Duvall, and “Finding Steve McQueen”, directed by Mark Steven Johnson (Ghost Rider). Nenad has extensive experience in the field of transport and logistics management, developed in almost three decades of work in Milšped Group.
